Shouldn't ice cream be simple and back to that place where everything is authentic? Are you tired of all the flattering tongues that says how great their ice creams are- but realize later that they either used food colorings, artificial flavors, or even just purchased from other big brands and pretend to be their own? 

 

Well, you won't see those here. 

 

So this is what we did, we uses organic milk and organic cream to make our ice cream base, and that's just our first step. Then, when considering what kind of ingredients we should put into the ice cream to create the flavors, we chooses authentic ingredients from local sellers such as Krase Berry Farm or Nature's Fare Markets. We want to be honest, if we uses extracts in certain flavors, we will make sure our people knows we uses extracts. Likewise, if we have uses juices to make certain sorbet flavors, we also want to make sure our people knows the sorbets are made from juices instead of fresh fruits. 

 

So, honesty is what we value.  

 

We want our ice cream to be simple, and back to basic, to the time where maybe our great grandparents have tasted that authentic ice cream made by old ice cream makers, with real ingredients used to enhance the flavors. A time where eating ice cream is eating ice cream.
